steps: 1. Goto http://www.dc- unlocker.com/ to download the Dc-
unlocker free. 2. You will need to
buy Dc- unlocker username and
password loaded with credit. To
unlock MTN E303 modem costs
4credits while Airtel E173 costs 7credits. Goto http://www.dc- unlocker.com/buy/ user_prices to see the different prices. When you
must have purchased the credit
using Paypal, here are the

Download the latest version of DC
